Options for printing

You can choose from standard sizes like A5 or A6, or opt for a custom size of your choice. If you want your clients to easily fit the cards into their wallets, consider a smaller size like business card size (85x55 mm).

Want to write on or stamp your appointment cards? This is possible with almost all of our paper types. For a sturdier card, choose paper with a thickness of at least 300 gsm.

How to submit your appointment card

• Margins: Ensure a minimum margin of 5 mm to keep your text fully readable.

• Size: To avoid white borders when printing your bookmark, it’s important to submit your file in the correct size. Please keep this in mind during the design process.

• File type: We prefer PDF files, but you can also submit your bookmark in other file formats.

• Borderless printing: If your design requires borderless printing, be sure to select this option in the order form.

Consider coating the front of your appointment card for a luxurious look, while keeping the back uncoated so you can still write on or stamp it. Also, think about the card size - smaller cards are easier for your clients to carry around.
