Customization options for ring binders

We do not print directly on our binders, but you can provide your own design for the front and spine. We’ll insert this design behind a durable plastic cover on the outside of the binder. For example, you can order a binder with your own photo, giving you a unique, personalized binder! The contents of the binder are always printed in A4 format, as we work with standard-size binders. These are always 4-ring binders, ensuring that your documents remain securely in place. The thickness of the binder varies depending on the number of pages in your document, and this is automatically processed in our system. Optionally, we can also provide printed front and spine covers.

Submitting your document

• Margin: Keep in mind a margin of 15mm on the binding side.

• Front and spine: Want to insert a custom design for the front and spine? After filling in all specifications, check the order form for the required dimensions to upload your design.

Quick delivery of ring binders

Your binders will be delivered within two working days. You can choose to have your order delivered or pick it up at one of our pickup points in Amsterdam to save on costs! Need your binders urgently? Choose express delivery. Binders ordered with express service can be delivered within 24 hours or even picked up the same day. Pick-up is available within 4 hours at our Amsterdam West location and from 6:00 PM at other pickup points in Amsterdam.
