Our Different Options for Automating or Accelerating the Ordering Process
1. RESTFULL API
We also offer a versatile integration through a RESTful API, with all the information available here. This integration is the most technically versatile. We can, of course, assist you with the implementation. For assistance, please contact bart@printenbind.nl.
2. Fixed Link to the Product Configuration
Did you know that you can save your configuration in the order form as a link? By using the "Save Link" feature, you can save the product configuration as a link, which can then be called from various systems with just one click.
3. Order List from Google Drive (Product Configuration)
With a smartly designed form, you can easily manage and order dozens of different products. We can provide this as a custom solution. For more information, please contact bart@printenbind.nl.
4. Automatic Order Processing via Email (Mail Fetching)
From your own webshop, you can automatically send orders to a unique email address at Print&Bind. This can be a simple confirmation email with just the necessary information (delivery address, reference, and quantity). We will then know what you want to order and ensure proper input. Our script is intelligently designed to filter and verify the data. We need to manually activate this option per customer (one-time setup).
5. Automatic Order Processing via Ajax Call
Integration into your webshop where the order is processed in the background via an Ajax call. A unique URL ensures that the order is directly entered into our system, making it the most robust and fastest integration method. It's possible to place multiple documents (products) in one order. We need to manually activate this option per customer (one-time setup).
6. Automatic Direct Debit
With an integration, we offer the possibility of automatically collecting payments for invoices via direct debit. This saves a significant amount of time, especially for numerous orders.
