Complaint about the delivered order?

We do our very best to deliver your order as correctly and completely as possible, but unfortunately sometimes things can go wrong.

Our customer service is happy to find the cause of the problem and a suitable solution for your complaint. Please contact us at klacht@printenbind.nl and include the following:

  • The order number

  • A picture of the problem (if relevant)

  • A brief explanation of what is wrong

  • What you would like to see as a solution

We investigate all complaints and sometimes have to ask to return the product in order to properly conduct our investigation. Because we work with custom-made products, it is often not possible to receive a (full) refund.
