Give an extra layer to your prints
In addition to a glossy top layer, you can also opt for matt laminating of your prints. This matt laminating layer is 125um thick and is placed after printing using our laminating machine. The layer ensures a sleek appearance of your prints.
The benefits of matt lamination
The laminating layer is scratch-resistant and protected against splashes, moisture and dirt. The side of the print is trimmed, moisture can still enter here. Laminating offers more protection than a glossy coating and remains beautiful longer.
Our favorite applications
Covers: Have the cover of your book laminated for extra strength and to extend the life of your book
Menus: The place where spills sometimes occur, this is no problem with the laminated layer, because you can wipe the menu with a damp cloth!
Paper types: The matte layer can be added to multiple types of paper, but our favorite is 350gsm card. The layer adheres best to this. Do you really want an ultra matte look? Then try natural card, this type of paper is matte in itself and this really comes to life with the laminating layer.
