Our Tips!
Mind the Margins: Ensure a minimum margin of 5mm to keep your text fully readable.
Page Requirements: Your newspaper must consist of at least 8 pages, and the total number of pages should be divisible by 4 due to the folding process. If your file isn't divisible by 4, we'll add extra blank pages at the end.
Paper Options: Choose between 70gsm light brown natural paper or 90gsm cream roman paper. Both are lightweight and perfect for the authentic look of a newspaper!
File Submission: Submit your file as single pages; we'll convert them into printable spreads for you.
Printing on the Back: If you want the back of the newspaper printed as well, select the "backside printed" option under finishing in the order form.
When can you apply 9% VAT to a newspaper?
In the order form, you can choose the 9% VAT option. However, this is not always applicable. The 9% VAT rate applies to periodicals and recurring publications that are issued at least 3 times a year. Examples include:
Newspapers
Weekly magazines
Journals
