Location expansion!
We continue to innovate and expand our machines, which has literally outgrown us. That is why we have taken into use an additional building, where our poster and signing department is now located!
The new location
Our new production hall measures 1800 m2. Our new production hall covers no less than 1800 m². We have installed the same climate systems in this hall as at our main location. An incorrect climate can cause paper to bulge, but thanks to these systems we maintain a constant climate, which ensures perfect paper!
Our poster department has moved to the new location. For this department we use large printers that require a lot of space! With our new extra large robot cutter we can also cut the posters professionally. Although we are already using a lot of space, we still have plenty of room left to expand further in the future!
Flatbed printer
Our recent move has given us the space to add a new machine: the Nyala SwissQ flatbed printer. This printer, the Rolls Royce among printers, not only delivers sharp images, but is also lightning fast. With a print speed of an average of 206 m² per hour and the ability to print on sizes up to 3.2 x 2 meters, we can produce orders even faster.
What is a flatbed printer? As the name suggests, this printer prints on a flat surface. But the special thing is that this printer can print on almost any material! The material to be printed is placed in the printer, after which the printer prints the image in strips on the surface. This allows us to quickly print various materials, such as sheet material, beer coasters, beer trays, game boards, and other flat materials.
Do you want to have a double-sided sign printed? That is also no problem with the Nyala printer. Thanks to the excellent precision, we can print every sign on both sides without any problems.
