From now on, you can easily add your document to your order yourself, no need to contact our customer service anymore! Fast, simple, and all in your own hands, just the way we like it!
How does it work?
Previously, it was possible to place your order and submit your document at a later time. However, this had to be done by emailing our customer service, who would then manually add the document to your order.
From now on, things are much easier. If any documents are missing from your order, you’ll automatically receive an email from us. Simply click the link in that email to access your account, where you can easily upload your document yourself.
Uploaded your document? Then we’ll start production as soon as possible! If you run into any issues or have questions about your order, feel free to contact our customer service team, we’re happy to help.
Please note: You can only upload documents when the status of your order is ‘Waiting for documents’. It is not possible to add or change documents at any other time.
