Word, Excel or Powerpoint to PDF

When you save your document as a PDF, you prevent any potential shifting in your document during printing. That’s why we recommend submitting your document as a PDF.

How to Convert to a PDF File?

If your document is created in another file type, such as Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, you can easily save it as a PDF file:

  • In Word, you can use the "Save As" option to save your file as a PDF. If the file is already saved, you can create a copy and choose PDF as the format.

  • In Excel, the process is very similar to Word. Use the "Save As" function, select PDF from the file type options, and your document will be saved as a PDF.

  • In PowerPoint, it works slightly differently but is still straightforward. Instead of "Save As," go to the File tab and select "Download as PDF."

It’s that easy! If you’ve received a file and the computer you’re working on doesn’t have the necessary software to edit it, you can also upload the document directly to our order form. We’ll automatically convert any file to a PDF (if it hasn’t already been converted). However, be sure to carefully review your file in the preview, as there’s always a small chance of elements shifting during the conversion process.

Prefer not to convert via our website? You can also use iLovePDF, a web application that can convert almost any file type into a PDF. Simply upload your document, and it will be converted into a PDF in no time!
