Warm Sweaterday

Last Friday, February 7th, marked the 18th edition of Warm Sweater Day! As a company, we gladly took part—everyone dressed extra warmly while the heating was turned down a notch. Together, we saved energy and contributed to a more sustainable climate!

Wat houdt warme truiendag in?

On Warm Sweater Day, we come together to make a difference for the environment. By turning down the heating by one degree and wearing an extra warm sweater, we all save energy! This not only helps the climate but also raises awareness about climate change. A small effort with a big impact!

Lowering the temperature by just one degree may seem like a minor gesture, but if everyone in the Netherlands does it for a day, it saves an impressive 3.3 million m³ of gas, 2 million euros, and 6.3 million kilos of CO₂ emissions. Across the country, schools, households, and organizations do their part – and we are happy to join in!

By participating in Warm Sweater Day as a company, the office may have felt a little colder for a day, but it also reminded us of the importance of energy conservation and sustainable alternatives.

Of course, our commitment to sustainability goes beyond just one day. We work toward a greener future every day! We use green energy, recycle our trimmed paper waste, and work almost exclusively with recycled or eco-certified paper. Want to learn more about our efforts for a more sustainable environment? Everything is written out here!
