Waiting list for new customers

Unfortunately, we sometimes work with a waiting list for new customers. We do this to maintain an accurate delivery time. When we are unable to produce orders in time, we do not accept orders from new customers in order to avoid disappointment

Of course, we do our best to avoid a waiting list. But unfortunately, it is the only option sometimes. When you apply for the waiting list you receive an email as soon as it is possible to place an order again.

Customers with a registered (guest)account can still place an order while there is a waiting list. This order will be processed as usual. When there is a waiting list, it is only possible to place an order when you are logged into your account.

Did you previously place an order through a guest account? Then you can use the "forgot your password?" option to convert your account to a registered account. You can then use that account to place an order.

We are unable to give estimates on the duration of a waiting list, but we try to work through it as fast as possible.
