What is a spread?
“Spread” refers to two pages that flow into each other and are viewed at the same time. So for example, the two consecutive pages that are visible when you open a book. When you work with a program such as Adobe InDesign, it is possible to edit the pages as spreads. This is especially useful when the content of the pages flows into each other, or when the layout of the two pages must be symmetrical.
Can I upload my document as a spread?
At Print&Bind we do not work with spreads (with the only exception of the file for the cover of a book bound with the adhesive binding method). When you upload a document containing spreads, our system cannot process it correctly. Therefore, upload your document as separate pages. If you are unsure whether the file you have uploaded is correct, you can check the preview in the order form.
